Position Title: Set Up & Repair Coordinator
Shift: 1
Responsibility: Set up McGard Production Equipment.
Job Duties: Provide immediate resource on repair and troubleshooting of McGard production equpment. Assist Press and Packaging Supervisor with new equipment purchases and installations. Verify work instruction set-up changes requested by operators/Leads. Evaluate press set-up listings and tooling to maximize presses by Part number and new tooling and part numbers to derive set-up parameters. Maintain a tooling inventory and order consumables as required. Assist with programming and operation of PC marking equipment.
Education / Skill Requirements: High School diploma or GED and minimum one month related experience or training. Able to communicate in English both written and orally. Must be aware of and comply with related ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures.
Additional Comments: Ability to operate fork truck, read and comprehend Bill of Materials, read and interpret blueprints, comprehand and troubleshoot mechanical equipment, and use and understand Windows Based PC. Must frequently lift/or move up to 50 pounds.
