Job Number 2011 12 21 01 Title: CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift (4 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. Monday - Thursday) Qualified applicants must have a minimum of one year CNC experience with G-code and FANUC experience helpful; familiarity with the use of all gages and measurement devices; possess strong math aptitude, and have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. High School Diploma or equivalent. Job Number 2012 01 23 Title: Maintenance Machine Repair - 1st shift (6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday) Will install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures and pipe and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related experience on diagnosing and repairing machine tools such as CNC lathe, mill, screw machines, etc. Must possess a high degree of mechanical ability and aptitude, and working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, welding, soldering and other related skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and orally is also required. Job Number 2012 01 31 Title: Manufacturing Engineer - We have an excellent full-time opportunity for a career-minded individual who will be responsible for designing tools and fixtures needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to production specifications. Requirements Include: Skills in analyzing production flow, data and processes for improvements and documentation; investigating manufacturing problems and coordinate appropriate corrective action; trouble shooting and recommending repair on production equipment; and project management. Exhibits good verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of two year’s experience in a high production chip cutting environment. Job Number 2012 02 07 Title: Drafter - We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter who has a minimum 5 years 3D solid modeling experience (Pro-engineer preferred) to coordinate all aspects of Company's print system. Experience with production level manufacturing drawings, an Associate's degree or equivalent in Drafting Technology, and strong communication skills with the abiilty to interface with various departmetns required. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tooling design, FEA and GD&T a plus. Job Number 2012 02 08 Title: Tool & Die Maker - 2nd shift Will build and repair metal working dies, cutting tools, automation jigs, fixtures, gages, and machinists' hand tools, apply knowledge of tool and die design and construction, trouble shoot various production equipment for mechanical and sensor problems, shop mathematics, metal properties, basic heat treating, layout, machining, and assembly procedures, High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state certified T&D apprenticeship program or equivalent company certified program, and a minimum of three years Tool and Die experience required. Must possess strong mechanical and math aptitude and accuracy and working knowledge of all tool room equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and orally; understand and carry out routine written and oral instructions and work with little or no supervision; maintain effective working relationships with other employees; operate fork truck; and read and interpret blueprints. Job Number 2012 02 14 Title: Heat Treat Operator - 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.; Sunday - Thursday) Will be responsible for the control of heat treating furnaces and will be working in a team with two other operators. Qualified applicants must have good math, strong mechanical aptitude and PC skills. Previous heat treat experience in a manufacturing environment and/or knowledge of heat treat operation and fork truck experience are a definite plus! High school diploma or equivalent.
